Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders generally ship within 5-10 business days from the time they are ordered. I use USPS shipping services, which generally arrive domestically within 1-3 business days. Due to recent delays with the USPS, some orders have taken up to 2 weeks to arrive. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! I am consistently working to lower my international shipping prices. If you are having trouble with an international order, please use the Contact Form to let me know. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? Domestic shipping costs range from $1.50-$6.00 for stickers and prints. I also offer free shipping for orders over $50. 

STICKER ORDERS SHIP WITHOUT TRACKING! In order to keep shipping costs low for orders containing only stickers, I ship them hand addressed with stamps rather than with shipping labels. If you order only stickers, you will receive an email confirmation when they have shipped, but the tracking will either not be included or have a broken link. If you do not receive the shipment within 1-2 weeks from ordering (2-4 weeks for international orders), please reach out to me via the Contact Form.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: It is very difficult for me to process and correct orders with the incorrect addresses. I will try my best to accommodate mistakes made in the shipping location added, but I am not able to correct them every time. Please make it a top priority to include the correct location with your order. If a shipment goes to the wrong location due to an incorrectly entered address, I will not be able to offer refunds. 

Return & Exchange Policy

NON-CUSTOM ITEM RETURNS: I offer free returns on all basic non-holiday, non-donation centered products (stickers, prints, posters, and outsourced shirts/sweatshirts) for up to 30 days from the time of purchase. In order to return your item, please use the Contact Form, and include your order number and contact information. I will follow up with a free return label, which you can affix to the original package you received your product in and send it back to me. Once I receive the product back, you will receive a discount for 100% of the value of your product. 

SPECIALTY/HOLIDAY ITEM RETURNS: due to the holiday rush, I will not be able to accommodate returns of Holiday items from November through December 2020. If you need to make a return of a holiday item (due to sizing or exchange) I will begin the return process in January 2021. This is to ensure that all gifts can arrive at their destinations in time for the holidays. 

DONATION BASED ITEM RETURNS: will not be accepted under any circumstances. These designs center around donating the maximum amount possible, and therefore I am not making a profit on any of them. (Note: this does not include the general 10% Equal Justice Initiative donation that applies to all orders)

HANDMADE ITEM RETURNS: please note that handmade items are each unique. For silk screened shirts, a bit of inconsistency in the design is normal. There will be spots where there is slightly more or less ink. For handmade mugs, there will be inconsistencies in the colors as well. I will not be able to return or exchange items based on these normal variations with handmade items.  

CUSTOM ITEM RETURNS: For custom orders, I offer 75% refunds if there is a problem with your order. Please send me a message on my Contact Form, including your order number. I will respond with an email, and ask for photos of the problem with the custom product. After this point, I will send a free return label and reimburse 75% of the original cost of the custom item. If there is not a problem with the custom item, I do not accept any returns. 

EXCHANGES: I will be able to make size exchanges, but they do take a number of additional weeks. Please reach out to me via my Contact Form in order to ask for an exchange. I DO NOT accept exchanges on stickers, prints, or donation based items.
